Granada, Nicaragua



Founded in 1524 by the Spanish, Granada is Nicaragua’s oldest town and no doubt has the beauty and elegance to draw in travelers near and far.  From lake shores to volcano landscapes, cobblestone roads to busy markets, Granada has an aesthetic fit for any personality.

For the outdoor adventurers, Granada is surrounded by volcanoes, lakes, and lagoons.  Take a boat tour where monkeys have claimed their home or hike into cloud forests and nearby coffee plantations.
