“May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us— yes, establish the work of our hands.”
What is construction?
Our ministry is ever growing and along with that is the development of Campo de Cosecha. We are in the process of building new dorms to host people for camps both local and international. Construction is a way that we get to reach people through providing jobs in a struggling economy. The people we hire to for jobs become a part of our family here at REAP. We share meals, life, and opportunity.
How we use construction?
From basic conversation over meals to working in the trenches together, we take whatever opportunity we can to love on our workers. When we have teams from America, they often times work alongside the locals, getting to know them, and creating relationships with them that ultimately show the love of Christ.
Why we have construction?
There are many people in need of jobs here in Nicaragua. We are blessed to have the chance to provide people not only with a source of income but also a spiritually healthy environment for them to work and grow in community. They gain opportunity to support their family as well as the tools they need to support their own spiritual walks.
